Full Refund offered within 30 days of purchase.
If items were missing or damaged in the delivery of your original order please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a Replacement or Full Refund.
In order to receive a Full Refund within the above time frame of purchase:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Your original receipt must be provided.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product by us and only after the returned items have been deemed eligible for re-sale
Gift Sets must be returned in their entirety for a Full Refund - no partial returns are accepted of individual pieces in the set.
How are Sales Tax and Shipping Costs included in Returns?
Full Refunds will be issued on the amount paid at time of purchase and all taxes issued on the items. Original shipping and associated taxes will not be refunded.
What’s excluded from our standard Returns Policy?
Sabika Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for Cash. Sabika is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards - plus the gift card codes are stored in your Customer Account Center for you to use at any time! For any items being returned that were purchased with a gift card, Sabika will issue the refund in the form of a Gift Card.
Sabika Sale items (retired pieces offered periodically in our Vault Sale Selection) are eligible for full refunds within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds of items purchased as part of a promotion or sale that require a qualifying purchase, such as a ‘Buy One Get One’ sale, are only eligible with the return of the qualifying purchase.
Customer Service Crafted with Love: Our 2-Year Warranty - included with each piece you purchase - covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If it is determined by Sabika to have a manufacturer's defect it WILL be replaced by Sabika FREE OF CHARGE.
What are some examples of Manufacturer or Workmanship defects?
Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in stone or metal colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
Chains different from described lengths
Loose or chipped crystals
What is NOT covered under the warranty?
Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse (breakage due to mishandling, wearing in water, etc.)
Any modifications or self-attempted repair
General negligence after purchase, everyday wear and tear, and failure to follow the product care instructions included in your purchase

If your jewelry is damaged and NOT covered under warranty it can still be repaired for a restoration fee, which will be processed upon completion of the restoration. Our Sabika Team would be happy to bring your favorite sparkle back to you!
