Returns

At Sabika Jewelry, we want every item you purchase with us to bring you joy - every time you wear it!

If you are not completely in love with your items - let us help you find a solution!

  • Full Refund offered within 30 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise Credit offered within 60 days of purchase - let’s find the right pieces for YOU that you’ll LOVE.

  • If items were missing or damaged in the delivery of your original order please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a Replacement or Full Refund.

In order to receive a Full Refund or Merchandise Credit within the above time frame of purchase:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Your original receipt must be provided.

  • Refunds or Merchandise Credit will be issued upon receipt of the product by us and only after the returned items have been deemed eligible for re-sale

  • Refunds cannot be issued on products that are not in good and resalable condition in their review by Sabika. However, in our sole discretion if the conditions of this Return Policy are otherwise satisfied, we may provide you with Merchandise Credit.

  • Gift Sets must be returned in their entirety for a Full Refund or Merchandise Credit - no partial returns are accepted of individual pieces in the set.

How are Sales Tax and Shipping Costs included in Returns?

  • Full Refunds will be issued on the amount paid at time of purchase and all taxes issued on the items. Original shipping and associated taxes will not be refunded.

  • On Merchandise Credit Returns Sabika will add an additional $5.50 to the credit amount to cover the future shipping cost.

What’s excluded from our standard Returns Policy?

  • Sabika Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for Cash or Merchandise Credit. Sabika is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards - plus the gift card codes are stored in your Customer Account Center for you to use at any time! For any items being returned that were purchased with a gift card, Sabika will issue the refund in the form of a Gift Card.

  • Sabika Sale items (retired pieces offered periodically in our Vault Sale Selection) are eligible for Merchandise Credit ONLY within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items purchased as part of a promotion or sale that require a qualifying purchase, such as a ‘Buy One Get One’ sale, can be returned for Merchandise Credit ONLY.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Customer Service Crafted with Love: Our 2-Year Warranty - included with each piece you purchase - covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If it is determined by Sabika to have a manufacturer's defect it WILL be replaced by Sabika FREE OF CHARGE.

What are some examples of Manufacturer or Workmanship defects?

  • Non-functional clasp

  • Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in stone or metal colors or tarnishing from wear or time)

  • Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly

  • Chains different from described lengths

  • Excess adhesive

  • Loose or chipped crystals

What is NOT covered under the warranty?

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse (breakage due to mishandling, wearing in water, etc.)

  • Any modifications or self-attempted repair

  • General negligence after purchase, everyday wear and tear, and failure to follow the product care instructions included in your purchase

  • Sabika Sale items (retired pieces offered periodically in our Vault Sale Selection)

REPAIRS & RESTORATION

If your jewelry is damaged and NOT covered under warranty it can still be repaired for a restoration fee, which will be processed upon completion of the restoration. Our Sabika Team would be happy to bring your favorite sparkle back to you!

Retail $0-$69: $15.00 + $3.00 Shipping

Retail $69.01-$129.00: $30.00 + $3.00 Shipping
